Feeling stressed out? Take a moment to try this simple technique:

deep breathing. Find a quiet space, sit or lie down comfortably, and close your eyes. Take a slow, deep breath in through your nose, counting to four as you inhale. Hold your breath for a moment, then exhale slowly through your mouth, counting to six as you release the breath. Repeat this process for a few minutes, focusing on your breath and allowing your body to relax. Deep breathing can help reduce stress and promote a sense of calm and relaxation, so give it a try next time you're feeling overwhelmed
